Comfort Food! ;-) Yes my friends today, October 29th is National Pancake Day and after looking at this mouth watering stack in this photo.... I'm taking my happy self to the kitchen and make myself some pancakes to snack on. This photo really makes you want to do just that. I just love pancakes with fruit, nuts and smothered with sweet syrup. Hey! I need whip cream on mine too though. Yep, give me pancakes for dessert! I'll take it any day.
