Oh boy do I love stuffed mushrooms! Today, March 9 is National Crabmeat Day and the first thing I thought of was stuffed mushrooms. You can find hundreds of recipes for stuffed mushrooms but the one pictured here is.......
crabmeat stuffed portabella - The stuffing included crabmeat, ham, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. I like to make a version of these and cook them on the grill when I'm having a steak and seafood meal. It's really fast and just perfect in my opinion with a cook out.
