Today is National Pina Colada Day everyone! What is a Pina Colada? Well it's a popular drink that is now known around the world as a symbol of the Tropics. Pina Colada Recipe one part white rum one part coconut cream 3 partspineapple juice Soda water as necessary Mix with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and top up with soda water. July is here everyone! It's the seventh month of the year. It is, on average, the warmest month within most of the Northern hemisphere, and the coldest month within much of the Southern hemisphere.
