July is here!

July is here everyone! It's the seventh month of the year. It is, on average, the warmest month within most of the Northern hemisphere, and the coldest month within much of the Southern hemisphere. Personally speaking I think August is the hottest month of the year where I'm at. Are you ready to know what is significant for July? Well here ya go!

That must be why there are so many food holidays that relate to outdoor eating. Holidays like National Picnic Month. A great pass time is eating nice cold ice cream outside as well and that's why we the month of July is National Ice Cream Month. There's a long list of ice cream holidays in our calendar and the National Ice Cream page will give you a list of all of them. Berries are very popular during this month because it's the growing season for many of them. That explains why we have a lot of National berry holidays during the month of July as well. And ohhhh my goodiness , we can not leave out National Hot Dog month and pickle month! We eat more hot dogs and pickles during this month than any other time of the year. Wow! Who would of guessed.
