What is Bologna?
Bologna sausage, sometimes called baloney and known in South African English as polony, is a sausage derived from mortadella, a similar-looking, finely ground pork sausage containing cubes of pork fat, originally from the Italian city of Bologna  Aside from pork, bologna can alternatively be made out of chicken, turkey, beef, venison, a combination, or soy protein. Hummm... Ok this is new to me. I had no idea you could order meal kits from Wal-Mart and have them shipped to you. I don't know how long they've had them but I ran across them while I was looking through their products today. Life is so fast pace so I bet these are going to become popular.
