National Play Doh Day

Did you ever play with play doh as a kid? I know I sure did. In fact it was a favorite toy for me. I had ever kind of play doh mold you could think of and every color you could buy too. Because today is National Play Doh Day, it gave me reason to think about when I was a little girl and remember how much I loved playing with play doh.

Did you play with it as a kid?

Do you really still play with play doh? LOL! I guess I would still play with it if I had any kids around but no little feet at my house.

When I was a kid Mother would let me have play doh parties sometimes with a few friends. I don't know why in the world it was called a party because we sure didn't share a thing. giggle~

Sidebar? Ohhhh my gosh I love that feature! I thought that was all your links but it's our links.

I really "play" with polymer clay but I always call it Play doh. One year I will do a post and "show-off" my creations:)

As for the side bar, I can see how that would be confusing, although no one has ever said. Perhaps, I should change the heading. I rather have other people's blog in my sidebar than advertisements! (that's just me of course:) Thanks for pointing it out Pam.

Good ole polymer clay. The memories are coming back to me. Years ago I use to make Christmas ornaments and sale them at a seasonal booth in the mall (Jacksonville Fl) LOL! It's harder to work with than play doh. I got tired of toting it in my pocket and down my shirt to get it warm. hehehe! You put a good memory on me girlie. You really must blog it.

There will be no toting clay for this girl.

I actually use the clay as sort of a paint. I use lots of powders and metals and such. I would never dream of selling it. Although, I did sell a bunch of light switch plates at my yard sale last year.

Maybe next year I'll post for both! Hope to "see" you on twitter tomorrow for Butterscotch Day!!!

Now, I better head over and see your pirate post since I noticed it in my sidebar this afternoon. Thanks Pam...
