potato chip cookies

Heres a picture I took of my "Potato Chip Cookies." These cookies are made with ruffles potato chips. I know that's an odd ingredient to put in cookies but you have to try this to believe it. They are really fantastic. The recipe is full of nuts too so I hope you like nuts. I tried this recipe when I found it on your website last year and my kids just love them. They think potato chip cookies are fun to take to school and share with their friends who have never ate them before. Thank you for the recipe. It helped my kids to mingle and adjust at their new school. CookieMom
