Wow........ Spontaneous combustion! I had no idea.  I posted this sweet little fun fact in honor of today being National Pistachio Day. Yep it's celebrated in the United States every February 26th so all of you that filled paper bags full of pistachios better take-um-out. Yes according to these resources... that's what they say. Whood-ah-thought!
